These terms apply to your use of coraxislabs.com (the “Site”), run by Coraxis Labs LLC (“Coraxis Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site tells you about Coraxis Labs and our products, and lets you contact us. It is provided for general information only.
Our app, Line Manager, is governed by its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, not these terms.
2. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful, or to send messages on behalf of someone else without their permission;
- try to break, overload or get around the Site’s security or limits, including the limits on the contact form;
- copy or scrape the Site in a way that harms it or its availability to others; or
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law.
We may block access to the Site, or to the contact form, for anyone who does.
3. Our content
The Site’s text, images, screenshots and design, and the names and logos “Coraxis Labs” and “Line Manager”, belong to Coraxis Labs. You’re welcome to link to the Site and to share its pages. Please don’t reuse our content or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you speak for us. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc.
4. Messages you send us
Please don’t send confidential information through the contact form. We aren’t obliged to reply to or act on any message. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. The Privacy Notice explains how we handle your message and contact details.
5. Links to other sites
The Site links to sites we don’t control, such as the App Store. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
6. No warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE OR UP TO DATE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORAXIS LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
