Privacy Notice
This notice covers coraxislabs.com, the website of Coraxis Labs LLC (“Coraxis Labs”, “we”, “us”). The site collects very little: it has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies.
Our app, Line Manager, has its own Privacy Policy. This notice does not cover the app.
1. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. They are sent to us as an email. We don’t store them in a database.
- Your IP address, to stop abuse of the form. Each address may send up to five messages an hour. To enforce that, we keep a short record of your IP address and how many messages it has sent. It is deleted automatically, normally within a day.
- Service logs. When the form sends a message, our server log records the email address it came from. If an address is blocked for sending too many, the log records the IP address. These logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Technical data needed to show you the site. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address and basic browser information. See section 3 for who runs them.
We don’t use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising on this site.
2. How we use it
We use your message and email address only to read and reply to you. We use IP addresses only to protect the contact form from spam and abuse. We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
3. Services that handle it for us
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud) hosts the site, runs the contact form, and holds the rate-limit records and service logs.
- Twilio SendGrid delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts the inbox where those messages arrive.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on these pages, so your browser requests them from Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
These providers process the data on our behalf. The data is processed and stored in the United States.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact-form emails: as long as we need them to deal with your message, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange.
- Rate-limit records: normally deleted within a day.
- Service logs: 30 days.
5. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@coraxislabs.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email privacy@coraxislabs.com and we’ll delete it.
7. Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
